Is the design consultation free?

Yes. Your consultation is free. It’s a chance to talk through your space and your vision, share any plans or photos you have, and get ideas from our team.

What happens after I send a request?

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to set up your free design consultation. From there, your project moves through site measurement, custom building in our Prior Lake shop, and installation.

Do I need a finished design before I contact you?

Not at all. Some customers come with a complete plan; others have only a rough idea. Either way, we’ll offer inspiration and guidance and work closely with you and your designer, if you have one, to bring your vision to life.

Do you work in my area?

We’re based in Prior Lake and work throughout the Twin Cities south metro and beyond, including Savage, Shakopee, Jordan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Eagan, Apple Valley, New Prague, Chaska, and Chanhassen. Not sure if you’re in range? Give us a call.

Do I need to schedule a showroom visit?

Yes, please. Our showroom hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but scheduling ahead is the only way we can guarantee someone will be there to meet you. Call (952) 447-7722 to set up a time.
